Going Green With Honda Civic Hybrid

You know what the Civic is being one of the most popular units in the American auto world. It has been in the industry since 1972 and it has gone through quite a number of generations already. It is great with gas and is easy to drive. That would be some of the reasons why the Civic still remains to be on top.

But there also is the Civic hybrid and it still has to make quite a splash in the market although it has been produced and manufactured since 2003. Although its sibling, the Civic, has been quite known, the Civic hybrid can still be considered to be shy and quite aloof for it is still being overshadowed by the more popular Toyota Prius. But with it being a hybrid and with the Civic being great with gas, then the equation would be something wonderful.

A test drive reported by the Orlando Sentinel has stated that the Civic hybrid is sure one vehicle which, when you purchase it, would make you say that you have just gotten into a really grand deal. Grand so much so that you get a real nice vehicle overall and you are not using up much fossil fuel as you would with a regular vehicle.

For around $24,350, you

would be able to get a really good Civic hybrid unit. That already includes those trusty Honda Civic parts, comfortable seats, a good amount of space in the cabin, a navigation system, a satellite radio, and really good gauges that would help you well during your drive. It has also been found out that if you would take a seat inside the Civic hybrid, you would be quite comfortable for there is just the right amount of space that would not make you feel cramped and yet would not make you feel like you have just been put in a huge room with only you inside it.

Equipped with a 1.3 liter engine and an electric motor, the vehicle has been given the capacity to produce 110 horsepower. It can achieve 40 miles per gallon for city driving and 45 miles per hour for highway stints.
